Dark Christmas

All the remaining Cthulhu Dark books are starting to ship.
They're with the fulfiller in Nevada now, who's shipping them as fast as they can. A batch were sent yesterday. A batch more will go out tomorrow. And the remaining batch will go just after Christmas.
So, if you're in the United States and you're waiting for your book, it's coming soon. My best guess is that you'll get it shortly after Christmas. That said, a few of you will get a big dose of bleak, unrelenting horror before Christmas Day. Good luck with that.
As always, let me know any problems and I'll fix them as soon as I can. My email is graham at thievesoftime dot com.
This means that, unless there's something I've forgotten, everything I promised is either delivered or on its way. You'll find all PDFs in your BackerKit account. (If you backed at a very high level and you're waiting for a letter, that's on its way too.)
Finally, after months of doing this Kickstarter, I'm taking a break, starting this weekend and returning in mid-January. So, you're welcome to get in touch if there's a problem, and I'll sort it out in the New Year.

The Whole is Greater

If you're a Season Pass backer, you'll now find Chris Spivey's exclusive mystery, The Whole Is Greater, in your BackerKit account.
Set in France in the first World War, you'll find it's a whole new take on Cthulhu Dark. I hope you enjoy it.
And, with that, the Season Pass is over. Thanks so much for your support. Your generosity has helped me do things with Cthulhu Dark that I couldn't have done otherwise.
Now I just need to plan Season Two.
(That's probably a joke. But it's hard to tell. Once, I joked about making a two-page game into a 200-page rulebook, and look how that ended.)
Oh, if you're a United States backer waiting for news of hardback and leather editions, I'm waiting to hear from the fulfiller. When I know more, I'll tell you, and I'll definitely give you an update by the end of this week.

If you check your BackerKit account, you'll find it under "Cthulhu Dark PDF". If you haven't accessed BackerKit yet, then it's easy. Start from here:

For those of you that ordered add-ons, I've started to distribute those PDFs, although not all of them: for example, I haven't done the Purist adventures yet. You'll get the rest shortly.
Meanwhile, if you're waiting for a hardcover or leather book in the United States, this is what's happening. A pallet of books is making its way to the fulfiller. When they get there, the fulfiller will send out your individual books. So, unless there's a major problem, it looks likely that we'll ship in December, as promised, and I'm hoping we'll beat the holiday post.
I'll update you again when I know more. For now, enjoy the PDF.
Giving back

When I began the Kickstarter, I always wanted to give something back. So I decided that I'd give some of the funds to charity. But I didn't mention it, because I didn't know how much I'd be able to give.
In fact, you were so generous as backers, that I could be equally generous in giving.
So I've sponsored a child at Shanti Bhavan, a charity in India that takes underprivileged children and educates them to get skilled jobs. They are a wonderful charity - if you have Netflix, you'll find a documentary called Daughters of Destiny about them - and I know they'll spend the money well.
(And, yes, there's a joke about Cthulhu sponsoring children. But hold back on that. I'm really excited about this.)
His name is Naveen, he's 15 and he's from a small town in Tamil Nadu. If you're in the United States, he's a soccer fan. If you're from outside the United States, he's a football fan. You've paid for his education for a year. Here he is.
I often end my updates by thanking you all for your support. This time, though, it really matters. Thank you all for helping this boy go to school. You've done something amazing.
